Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Subscription

Subscribers to LiveTechPC services have the right to cancel their Subscription Services Agreement at any time if they are not satisfied with the resolution of their issue. To initiate cancellation, a written request must be submitted via email to info@livetechpc.com.

Important Details:

• Payment Responsibility: Subscribers will be responsible for payment of all services rendered during the subscription period up to the date of cancellation.
• Refund Policy: The annual subscription fee is non-refundable if the subscription has been active for 7 days or more.
