AppEsteem sets standards for application performance on users' devices, data collection practices, and the overall supply chain of the software product. This includes regulations on upselling practices, software communication (including emails, pop-ups), and the operation of call centers for technical support.   • Trustwave: We utilize Trustwave to monitor our servers for potential attacks and vulnerabilities. Trustwave continuously monitors our technology platform, which stores, processes, and transmits cardholder data. We perform all required procedures to ensure compliance with PCI DSS.   • DigiCert: All our software is code-signed by DigiCert, which verifies the authenticity and identity of our company. We renew these certificates annually to maintain compliance.

3. Consumer Protection
