• AppEsteem Certification: LIVETECHPC LLC’s software applications are certified by AppEsteem (appesteem.com). AppEsteem sets standards for application performance on users' devices, data collection practices, and the overall supply chain of the software product. This includes regulations on upselling practices, software communication (including emails, pop-ups), and the operation of call centers for technical support. 2. Security and Data Protection

• Trustwave: We utilize Trustwave to monitor our servers for potential attacks and vulnerabilities. Trustwave continuously monitors our technology platform, which stores, processes, and transmits cardholder data. We perform all required procedures to ensure compliance with PCI DSS. 3. Consumer Protection
